Guarantees and responsibilities

1. Purpose of the Service
Boss Be Luxury Ride, LLC offer the Customer and/or any passenger (he or she) designates, its transportation services with a driver in order to take them to the communicated destination (hereinafter the “Service”).

​

2. Access to the service

The Customer, if he wishes to use the Service, reserves our products on our Sitweb or by telephone at +1 504 962 7090 from Monday to Sunday, leaving his name, address, telephone number and the route to be taken.

In the event of cancellation less than one hour before the scheduled appointment, the journey will be charged in full.

3. Prices and payment conditions

For occasional customers, payment must be made directly by online bank card or Cash to the driver.

For VIP Bosses and regular customers, invoices are payable upon receipt by check, transfer or credit card. Any invoice not paid within 30 days of receipt automatically results in the application of penalties of an amount equal to 10% of the initial amount.

 

4. Waiting

Boss Be Luxury Ride, LLC cannot commit to a wait of more than 45 minutes without prior notification to the switchboard. After a waiting period of 45 minutes and without prior notification, the driver will be entitled to consider that the reservation has been canceled. The service ordered will be invoiced in full.

5. Drivers obligation

The driver undertakes to be punctual and make every effort to be present on time at the reservation location. Any delay by the driver of more than 10 minutes must be notified and justified to the customer.

It is expressly agreed that delays in transport times due to unforeseen traffic difficulties (traffic jams, accidents, deviations, weather conditions, various events, etc.) do not give rise to compensation of any kind.

 

6. Services and liability of Boss Be Luxury Ride, LLC

Boss Be Luxury Ride, LLC undertakes to do what is necessary to take the passenger to their destination as quickly as possible and in optimal safety conditions. As such, the driving and custody of the vehicle belong to Boss Be Luxury Ride, LLC which meets the requirements of the Highway Code.

 

Boss Be Luxury Ride, LLC is guaranteed by a reputably solvent insurance company which covers the risks linked to its activity in accordance with current legislation. Passengers, third parties to the driver, are covered for all bodily, material and immaterial damage that they could suffer following a traffic accident and in an unlimited manner, from getting on the vehicle until the descent, except for damage caused by their fault.

For safety reasons, smoking and transporting flammable, explosive, corrosive or toxic substances is prohibited. Failure to comply with this stipulation engages the responsibility of the Customer and the passenger. Boss Be Luxury Ride, LLC then reserves the possibility of any possible recourse. Animals are not allowed for transport unless specifically arranged, in any case Boss be Luxury Ride, LLC cannot be held liable for this.

In the event of damage to the equipment or vehicle caused by the passenger, any repair or change of equipment, whatever the causes, would be invoiced to the Customer. Any damage caused to a third party as a result of passenger behavior not in compliance with basic safety rules would be the responsibility of the Customer.

Boss Be Luxury Ride, LLC reserves the right to disembark its passenger from the vehicle if they do not respect the safety instructions set out on the site www.bossbeluxuryride.com, without it being possible to demand reimbursement of the Ride.

​

A breakdown of the vehicle which is not due to poor maintenance and which occurs on the journey to pick up the Client or during the journey with the Client cannot under any circumstances give rise to compensation.

Any complaint is possible within 48 hours after the journey, by registered letter.

​

In the event of disputes relating to the execution or interpretation of these terms, and if the Customer is a merchant, jurisdiction is granted.
